A. PASSBOXES:
Pass box is clean room equipment used to transfer materials from one device/room to another in a closed environment to avoid human intervention and prevent cross contamination. It is widely used in Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility, hospitals, laboratories etc.
There are two types of pass boxes:
- Static Pass box: Static pass boxes are used to move materials between two clean rooms which are of similar class and are intended to work with limited staff involvement. This is a simple mode of material transfer process which doesn’t include any clean air circulation through HEPA filters.
- Precision design (SS double wall construction) & finish.
- Doors with double walled flush glass view panels, SS handle &hinges.
- Internal coving for easy cleaning.
- UV light for disinfection while door is open.
- Electro-magnetic interlocking with door release switch on both sides.
Salient Features:
Dynamic Pass box: Dynamic pass boxes are used to transfer material from an uncontrolled environment to controlled environment. Clean air is re-circulated within the Pass box using a 3 stage filtration system. It operates using door interlock located on both side of pass box, to control the inlet and the outlet of Pass Box, such that they don’t open simultaneously, to avoid cross contamination.
Salient Features:
- Precision design (SS double wall construction) & finish.
- Doors with double walled flush glass view panels with SS Handles & SS hinges.
- Internal coving for easy cleaning.
- UV light for disinfection while door is open.
- Electro-magnetic interlocking with door release switch on both sides.
- Three stage filtration: Coarse filter – 20 micron, EU6 – Pre-filter (95% down to 5 micron) & EU14-HEPA Filter- Supply (99.999% down to 0.3 micron)to maintain ISO Class5.
- Statically & dynamically balanced Motor-blower with suspension to reduce noise level.
- PAO port for validation.
- Differential pressure gauge.
- On/Off switch for motor.
B. AIR SHOWERS
Clean rooms are required to adhere to strict regulatory guidelines to prevent contamination.
Using high-velocity jets of air and HEPA or ULPA air filter systems, our cleanroom air showers remove loose contaminants from people and products before they enter the cleanroom, reducing or eliminating product defects for increased yields.
There are many other equipments of clean rooms like bio safety cabinets etc.
